As I expected from the photo, even at this time of year (late August), the soba itself was incredibly delicious, with a rustic aroma that filled your nostrils, and the chewy and springy texture that bounced back when you bit into it. Although it is said to be 28, it has many stars because the buckwheat noodles are coarsely ground in their shells using a stone mill, and they are chewy and have a strong aroma. I think this soba is irresistible for soba lovers who prefer coarsely ground brown soba noodles. The soup is also delicious with a simple flavor that doesn't interfere with the aroma of the soba. I received one more piece. I would like to visit again soon.

It's a famous restaurant for delicious soba, but everything is delicious. Oyaki tempura is also recommended. It seems that there are many people using the neighborhood, and the customer service is simple. A shop that is easy to get to. There are 2 parking lots, so parking is easy.
