I went on a Sunday around 12:00. I had to wait a little while, but I got in pretty quickly. The set of small tempura platter and dessert or oyaki or rice ball and soba was limited to 10 meals a day, but the small tempura didn't have shrimp, so I ordered zaru soba for 900 yen and tempura platter for 1,200 yen. I did. There was a long wait from ordering to being served, but the tempura was freshly fried and delicious.

I used it for lunch on a business trip to Matsumoto. I arrived at the store after 12:15, and the parking lot was full, but there was only one space left, so I parked my car and entered the store, prepared to have to wait a little. Fortunately, there was only one table available, so I was able to sit down without having to wait. Three people each chose a large zaru (300g) and ordered additional tempura assortment (7 types of vegetable tempura + 1 shrimp tempura + 1 shrimp tempura) and 2 shrimp tempura. After a short wait, the tempura platter and shrimp tempura were served first, followed by the soba noodles a little later. The soba noodles were thin and very chewy. The buckwheat flour used is native to Norikura from Nagano Prefecture. The tempura was fried crispy and had plenty of flavor from the summer vegetables, making it very delicious. The soba soup had a slightly sweet and light taste that matched well with the finely ground soba noodles. What was a bit disappointing was that the soba noodles were thinly sliced, so there were quite a few pieces of soba that were cut into short pieces. Still, it was a soba that I could fully enjoy. I also appreciated that I was able to enjoy self-service coffee after meals. I would like to stop by again when I come on a business trip.

The set menu is voluminous, so please be careful if you are a small eater. Don't trust it even if it says "small tempura". The volume is larger than the set menu at a typical soba restaurant. Please look at the photo. You can see that it is not small tempura.
