There are a few shabu-shabu chain restaurants around Matsumoto, so there is nothing special about it... The touch-panel order system allows you to stay in your seat without moving, so it's especially helpful if you're traveling with children. (Buffet style is also fun to take as you like) Also, one of the deciding factors for visiting the store is that the staff are very polite. I thought that the explanation was detailed and kind, so when I looked at the name tag, it was the store manager, but the top staff was polite, and all the other staff members were pleasant to deal with. When I called a certain shabu-shabu restaurant and went there, I received a disappointing response.
