Shiojiri, Nagano, Japan｜Chiharu

We arrived shortly after walking from JR Shiojiri Station. It feels like an old-fashioned pub and restaurant. Both the snacks and soba noodles were very delicious. There was a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, and I enjoyed them. Sorry to bother you again.

I wanted to eat handmade soba, so I was prepared to come in around 11am and wait for it to be ready, but it only took about 15 minutes, which made me wonder if some restaurants could serve it earlier. I photographed the noodle making shop for Tenseiro, Wasabi Soba, and Handmade Soba, but they also have sake and Japanese a la carte dishes. There are counter seats and tatami table seats. The way the parking lot is cut is at an angle, so it feels strange, but it's not difficult to get out, so I think it'll work out.

It was a 3-5 minute walk from the station and was 70% full at 11:30. The zaru was two pieces per person, and I received it in a camo sauce. It took less than 10 minutes to provide, and the zaru had a good texture and went well with the sauce. I got it in no time.
