I ordered cold noodles and seafood chijimi, but it was delicious. Cold noodles are the best when eaten with kimchi in a rich soup. The flavored egg on top is also excellent 😋 I was surprised that the chijimi was thick and big. The surface was crispy, the inside was fluffy, the vegetables were crunchy, and the octopus was large and delicious. The sauce is so good that you won't get tired of it.

[Things you want to eat/recommended] ・Stone-grilled green onion pork bibimbap 1,150 yen ・ Chijimi ・Samgyeopsal 980 yen ・Korean-style motsunabe 1,380 yen ・Kimchi 400 yen ・ Cucumber and Squid with Gochujang (780 yen) There is a shop at the intersection near the west exit of Hirooka station. There are only 3 or 4 parking spaces in front of the store, but there is a municipal parking lot in front of the station that costs 250 yen per day. The store has 6 or 7 counter seats, 3 large table seats, and a large tatami room. The Shiojiri Hirooka store is the main store and there was also a store in Matsumoto, but unfortunately the Matsumoto store was closed for a long time due to the manager's medical treatment the other day, which is very disappointing as a person who has been a frequent visitor. Access is good, but it is quite crowded on weekends. As far as the genre of Korean cuisine is concerned, I think it is the top restaurant in the prefecture. I myself have had many opportunities to eat Korean food, and I have visited many famous restaurants such as Shin-Okubo in Tokyo, but I never thought I would find a restaurant in Nagano prefecture that is as authentic as it is popular with Japanese people. One thing surprised me. Now, it may be the only place where I live in Matsumoto city and go on the train to have a drink. I feel that everything from vegetables to meat to seasonings is carefully selected without compromise. In particular, garlic is produced in Aomori Prefecture, and chili peppers are of the highest quality produced in Korea. The Korean rice porridge, which is only available in winter and has a strong flavor, is made with sea urchin and abalone from Aomori Prefecture, and scallops from Hokkaido. It's a restaurant where I think most of the food menu is delicious, so it's hard to recommend, but anyway, the garlic, chili peppers, and green onions are delicious. There are variations of both, but they all cost around 1,000 yen, which seems a little on the expensive side. It is a volume that can be described as 2 or 3 servings. The green onion pork stone-roasted bibimbap has a large amount of pork and spicy green onion condiments on it, and you can mix it with a hot sauce to make it a scourge. All the pork in the shop is also a brand of pork called SPF Kirishima Pure Pork from Kyushu. For the crispy pancakes, I like chijimi pancakes with spicy chives, and cheese vegetable pancakes with plenty of vegetables and cheese. Thick pancakes take time, so it might be a good idea to order early. The ingredients are good, so the grilled food is also good, and the samgyeopsal grilled on a huge iron plate with holes that allow excess fat to drain, the grilled beef tongue with spicy green onions, and the Korean-style motsunabe, which can be said to be a super authentic version of red hot pot, are also recommended. However, please note that grilled dishes and pot dishes are for 2 people or more. It will be mentioned later, but kimchi is the ultimate deliciousness that you can never eat in the market. I always think that it would be nice if you could sell it. There are few types of alcohol, but I think it's good because there are not only Korean sake such as Jinro and Makgeolli, but also standard shochu, local Shiojiri wine, and premium sake. Authentic Korean cuisine with a focus on fresh domestic produce that is diligently made by a friendly and kind mother. This is a shop that I want to support. <Revisited> I get the impression that it's always crowded because it's located in front of the station, but I think it's a good turnover for an izakaya because there are many people who use it only for meals. When I personally want to have a drink with a lot of things, I regularly take care of it. As an izakaya, I feel that it is definitely a top-class specialty dish. I think that it is a authentic taste for Japanese people because domestic and local ingredients are used as Korean home cooking. There are many menus with garlic and hot and salty taste, but it is also an impression that it is not so spicy because of its savory spiciness. In addition, the meat, vegetables, and other ingredients are very good, and the seasoning such as spiciness is finely changed depending on the dish. There are many rice dishes around 1000 yen, but especially bibimbap and chijimi are quite good and feel more than 2 servings, so I think the cost performance is good overall. I think that you can enjoy dishes that use chili peppers, such as kimchi, that are of a quality that cannot be easily reproduced at home. Since it is a small shop, it may take time to serve pottery, but I have the impression that they are polite to customers. I'm worried about how long this quality of food can be served at this volume and price.

I went there for the first time. The samgyetang had a gentle taste and was good because it could be shared with everyone. I would like to go there with my family next time.
