Since I ate at the counter, I had a chance to talk to the chef and the people in the hall. I was able to hear the stories behind the food and the restaurant, and had a good customer experience. If I have a chance to come to Nagano again, I would like to visit! The chef explained his commitment to meat. I was told that the beef stew uses Shinshu beef and contains a lot of fatty oleic acid, which is good for the body. I heard that the pork in the mixed grill is also made from Shinshu oleic pork, which contains a lot of oleic acid. I heard from the person at the hall who served customers that they had been running the store for nearly 30 years, and that they had previously had a store along the river, but they had moved the store in order to create their ideal store. It seems like this is a collaboration bread with Agata Bakery, so I'd like to visit Agata Bakery someday. ・Mixed grill (1900 yen) We had oleic pork, onions, shrimp, sausage, eggplant, and peppers. It had a garlic flavor and was delicious. ・Beef stew (2500 yen) This is a recommended menu. The bowl is delicious with crispy tortilla dough, and the Shinshu beef you explained is soft and delicious.
