9.1's soba has a good aroma and goes down the throat. I visited when it opened at 11:30 on weekdays. The interior of the store is full of old tools, giving it a slightly rustic rustic feel. I ordered Zaru Soba (medium). When I took a sip, the scent of shiitake mushrooms hit me, and I wondered if it was shiitake mushroom soup. (I don't like shiitake mushroom soup), but as I continued to eat it, I didn't mind it. It was boiled a little on the hard side, and it was delicious with a real taste of soba. The parking lot seems to be able to park about 3 cars in front of the store. The restrooms are Japanese style, so be careful if you have mobility issues.
