I came to Shinshu on my first solo trip and wanted to taste local food, so I chose this restaurant. Although I was alone, the course was left up to me in response to my requests. We were able to fully enjoy seasonal local produce such as wild game, rare sashimi, and mushrooms. The fried wasp was fragrant and delicious. I was also happy that I was able to eat my fill of mushrooms that I had never heard of! All of the dishes were made with love, and I couldn't help but be moved by the fact that many of the ingredients and dishes were new to me! The manager gave me detailed information about sightseeing spots and souvenirs, and was really kind and helpful, and his hospitality was wonderful. The wife also explains the dishes carefully. The food, the staff, and the atmosphere inside the store are all wonderful! ! I would definitely go again! !

It's more fragrant and delicious than it looks ♡ Apparently it's very nutritious, so I didn't hesitate to buy it as a souvenir. Since it's autumn, the owner apparently goes to the mountains himself to collect mushrooms, but for me, I enjoyed the rich variety of mushrooms I've never seen in my life, roasting them in the hearth with delicious miso. It was so delicious that I was impressed. During the service, we were served a dish using the skin of Akebi, and I used to eat the inside a lot when I was little, but I had no idea that the skin was so delicious! The owner is also very friendly and kind, and he generously told me about the delicious miso I mentioned earlier, the brewery of the delicious sake he recommended, and other things. I received a lot of information, and on the last day I was able to eat meals and go around looking for souvenirs based on that information. wife?
