It was my first time going there, and the fried rice was exquisite! Personally, it was the best fried rice ever with a little strong seasoning! The ramen was delicious too! However, I'm disappointed that they didn't have soy sauce pork bones🤣🤣 However, I think they have a wide variety of menus, including thin noodles, thick noodles, and set meals! postscript This is my second visit. This time I ordered Akaton and fried rice. The fried rice was really good! Akaton had pork bones with a spiciness similar to gochujang. I asked for a medium portion, but it was a bit unsatisfactory. However, the char siu also contains grilled meat, and the amount of green onions may vary depending on the ramen! The back fat soy sauce was a soy sauce soup with a slightly gingery base. It was also delicious. Overall, the portions of ramen are small, so I would be happy if there were more servings.

The type of ramen has changed quite a bit. New flavors are delicious, that's for sure. The Japanese ginger, a topping that you don't often see anywhere else, creates a nice accent. There's a lot of chicken oil, but the flavor is good and delicious. But personally, I like the Kyoto-style backfat soy sauce! I wish it remained on the menu! I wonder if you could revive it quietly? (lol) But the fried rice and grilled offal remain the same 💡 Still super delicious.
