Azumino, Nagano, Japan｜Shirogane Azumino

It was really one of the best Ramen what I’ve ever eat in my life! I was 3 days in a raw there and looking for to be back. For me it’s difficult to find a ramen without pork but in this ramen shop they offer ramen with chicken+chicken soup! It was really tasty!

Approximately 12 counter seats, 4 table seats More than 10 parking spaces are available in front of the store (also used as a beauty salon in the same building) The basic menu is the same as Shirogane main store. My recent favorite is Chicken Jiro It's different from Honke Jiro, but the soup is very good. It is very easy to eat with a concentration between tricote and plain. The bean sprouts and noodles have a good balance, and the onion slices go well too. Another big plus is that it doesn't come with rare chicken char siu, which I personally don't like lol. It's a popular restaurant, but there are plenty of seats and operations are quick, so you won't have to wait long.

May 2023 (Sat) Night Chicken ramen 870 yen I visited on a Saturday night, and it wasn't too crowded, so I was able to get there easily. They also offer rich chicken ramen, light Chinese ramen, and tsukemen, but this time I had the chicken ramen. It was topped with spinach, and combined with that, the yellow and cloudy soup was reminiscent of Iekei, and had a richness comparable to that of pork bone soy sauce, and was soft to the touch and very drinkable. There was a cute bird design on the bottom of the bowl, and I almost wanted to drink it all just to see it, but since I was eating ramen at noon that day, I held back. The Azumino store has a large parking lot, counter seats and table seats, and is highly rated for its ease of use.
