A restaurant inside the Daio Wasabi Farm. On weekdays, the time was around 13:00, so it was empty and I was able to relax. There was a terrace, but it was hot, so I went inside. From the table by the window, you can see the wasabi field, and beyond that, the green trees grow thick, and there is nothing like being healed. Ordered the recommended Shinshu pork set. You can choose from two types of grams. Grate fresh wasabi while waiting for the food to be served. A hearty salad of local vegetables, and tender yet firm-tasting pork. I regret that I should have used a larger number of grams if it was so delicious. The garnished potato was crispy and delicious. Friendly staff with a natural atmosphere. I had a great time.

There were many menu items that went well with wasabi, and they all looked delicious. I ordered a domestic beef thigh steak, and it was so soft that I could bite into it. Of course, the compatibility with wasabi was outstanding. Also, you will receive wasabi to grate at the beginning, but be careful as there is a hit or miss chance with this. When I compared mine and my companion's, the color after grating was completely different. The greener ones aren't as spicy, so the light green ones were just spicy. However, I think both were delicious for wasabi lovers.

We had lunch on the terrace with our dog. It was a very hot day, but we managed to spend it next to a wasabi field. The style is to grate wasabi on the steak yourself. It was delicious.
