You'll be lucky if there's any soba noodles left! That's what it feels like💦 In fact, when we entered the store, the next group of customers who came in were "Today's sold out" It was said. I had to wait in the waiting area for a while, and after being guided, I ordered soba noodles and tamagoyaki. The soba noodles were very beautiful and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the unique texture and sensation of going down my throat. The tempura is crispy, not heavy, and delicious. The tamagoyaki was also fluffy and the soup stock was delicious. I had the 100% Tartary soba vegetable tempura set. It is 1700 yen. Shinano soba Tartary soba seems to have almost no bitterness. Personally, I would prefer it to be a little more quirky. Sobayu was muddy and I liked it. The tempura was freshly fried and crispy and delicious. On Saturday, when we arrived 15 minutes before opening, we waited for one group and sat in the chairs outside in the order of arrival (there are 6 chairs).It takes 25 minutes from ordering to serving food. It seems that there is a commitment to the boiling procedure, and it seems to take time. I don't feel like I've waited long, but I don't think I'd be in a hurry. When I go on a trip, it's soba, so if I go nearby, I'll visit you again.
