Azumino, Nagano, Japan｜Tenhou Hotaka shop

Stopped in on the way. Tenhou's dandan noodles are delicious with a gentle taste, but on this day I chose the first tsukemen from the summer menu. I also added fried meat as a topping, which went well with the tsukemen. Thank you very much for the delicious food.

On my way back from Mie Prefecture, I went to Nagano Prefecture for some business, and it was getting late, past 8pm, and I came across a store with a lot of cars in the parking lot. This is the first time we have opened a store in Mie Prefecture. I ordered ramen, a mini char siu bowl, and gyoza, and the flavor of the char siu bowl's sauce, rice, and char siu was indescribable. The ramen was delicious, with nostalgic Chinese noodles and a Japanese-style soup. I'm thinking about it as I write my impressions of my cousin, who I'd like to stop by and see when I go to Nagano Prefecture again.

It seems that this chain store is local only in Nagano prefecture. Chamen is my favorite food, and I have eaten it many times, and it is very delicious 😋 You can also add super spicy chili peppers as a topping. A separate plate is also possible, so you can enjoy the taste change 😊
