I ordered the Salmon Gozen (¥950). Even during busy times, it was ready quickly, in about 3 minutes. There was a huge selection of soba noodles (hot or cold), salmon bowl, vegetable salad, chilled tomatoes, pickles, and jelly. Although I couldn't feel the flavor of soba, it was satisfying enough to eat. It contains two pieces of chicken tempura and goes well with the soup stock. The salmon bowl is lightly grilled and the meat is tender and exquisite. Shinshu salmon is made from a combination of rainbow trout and brown trout. In addition to all the seasonings, tempura and green onion miso are also available at the delivery counter for free. The green onion miso was perfect for resting your chopsticks. The jelly was blue and looked a bit unusual, but it had a mint flavor (probably) and was refreshing and easy to eat. For ¥950, I'm very satisfied with this many items.

This restaurant is attached to a local product store, and serves meals made with local ingredients at low prices. I received the 950 yen grilled salmon gozen, but the salmon was fatty and the soba noodles had two slices of fillet tempura on top. With pickled Nozawana and wasabi, it was a local feast.

I'm aiming for the popular rice ball set meal (lol) (For the rice ball set meal, you can choose two rice balls of various types) I wanted to eat soba, so I ate it with two trays, which I had done at other restaurants before. That soba! Zaru soba is 750 yen and Tenzaru 1,000 yen ...With tempura included, the price will only change by 250 yen. Of course I ate Tenzaru! Shrimp, pumpkin, maitake mushrooms, and leaf tempura that I didn't understand the other day. I got the crispy fried soba noodles with matcha salt and they were delicious! The popular onigiri set meal is delicious as it comes with a variety of side dishes on a large onigiri! We also recommend soba and rice balls! Even if you eat both, it only costs 1,650 yen! is it not cheap? (As of Reiwa 3.11.3) Just please consult with your stomach before coming (lol)
