Perhaps due to the recent rise in prices, beef tongue, which is as thin as prosciutto, is now being mixed in. Previously, everything was about 2mm thick, but even with that in mind, I think it's cheap, so I'm satisfied. Every time I go home, I eat three things: beef tongue, short ribs, and beef horumon.
