Tonight, I had a rich shrimp tempura soba ~ Big as rumored! ️ Large shrimp with plump body 🦐 Tempura has a crunchy beard. I thoroughly enjoyed the brain part of the head.The other tempura, such as sweet potato, pumpkin, eggplant, and shiso leaves, were crisply fried and delicious. The soba was so smooth that I ended up eating it with lots of soba soup.I ended up asking for a refill of the soba soup, but they kindly gave it to me and I felt they were very kind. Tempura and soba made me feel full.

I've been there four times so far since I happened to stop by on a Shinetsu drive with Segare. It has a quiet, cool and relaxing atmosphere. Of course, soba is also delicious. ⇒ In the spring of 2022, I will visit the store for the first time in five years and for the sixth time. Remodeling from low table to table seat. Freshly fried crispy tempura. Cool and chewy soba noodles that are slurped in a sweet and umami-rich soup. No matter how many times I come, it's okay.
