Accidentally found this quiet and delicious small local restaurant on our way back to Hotel Ambient. We ordered mixed fried and salmon don both were sooooo good with quality and taste. Shinshu salmon was fresh and dainty.

Great local restaurant for dinner. Tempura bowl was delicious.

Considerable volume. However, since it is a well-known restaurant, waiting for an hour during lunchtime is normal. The price is around ¥1500 per person.
