A Shinshu soba restaurant along the Art Line. The sound of the soba being pounded echoes throughout the restaurant, which is really nice. The price is also reasonable. I ordered tempura udon after seeing the comments that the tempura was delicious, and the kakiage was very delicious. Even though the tempura kasu was soaked in the soup stock, it did not become soft and was crispy.
