When you think of oyaki, you think of ashiyaki!! So I was introduced to Mr. Katsue!! I didn't know that you couldn't buy it without making a reservation, but luckily I was able to give away a few!! Thank you for your kind response, and I received one while it was still warm (*´˘`*) It's big and filling! The firm dough is filled with miso-flavored mixed vegetables, and it's delicious ♡ I definitely want to make a reservation and try all types!! The price is also reasonable and good! For Nagano oyaki, try Katsue-san, the ash-yaki restaurant!

One oyaki is about the size of a fist for 350 yen! I made a reservation the day before, so it was a smooth pick-up. It's so big inside! Heavy! is We shared one freshly baked dish, but even though it was after dinner, it was still delicious😋 The dough was fragrant and very delicious! As the staff told me about the food I brought home, after I lentil it for a while, it became steamy and delicious 👍

It seems to take 40 minutes to bake, so it's best to make a reservation by phone in advance❗️
