I received an anniversary plate. All of them were delicious and had ethnic yet gentle flavors. Even though I was full, I felt light and happy. It might be a little confusing if you go for the first time, but both of the staff members are warm and friendly. For light cars, the parking lot is next to the kitchen car near the traffic light. This is a restaurant where you can feel the relaxed atmosphere of Cambodia, rather than formal Japanese service.

We had a 10th anniversary lunch. There are a lot of vegetables, and the meat is tender when cooked, perfectly spicy, and very delicious. It was fresh and had a complex spice taste. The Douhua has a nice scent of peach, brown sugar, and coconut, and the Chai has a strong and stimulating scent of ginger and cinnamon.

I'm from Tokyo, but I always visit when I go to Matsumoto. We recommend the pork rice! (First photo) The crispy and juicy pork is topped with a sweet and salty sauce and is delicious. Even those who don't like spices or spicy foods may enjoy this plate. And the summer limited chilled noodles in the second photo were so delicious that it was a shame that they were limited edition. The noodles are chewy and you won't be able to stop eating them when mixed with fried spring rolls and vegetables. I hope it comes out this summer too!
