At the shop where I was taught by my English conversation teacher (🇺🇸), who I started teaching at the beginning of the year. Matsumoto City has already entered early winter, with temperatures dropping to 4℃ in the mornings and evenings. Even though it's chilly, we're planning a grand mission to warm you up from the inside out with spicy tropical food. First, moisten your dry throat with Churn beer and secure your airway! Enjoy a spicy salad called yam wun sen with fish sauce. This indescribable flavor that is not found in Japan goes well with a light Thai beer. Gaiyaan (Thai style yakitori) was also delicious. The meat juice that oozes out when you bite into it is spicy! It melts exquisitely with the spices in your mouth, making you feel like you're just one step away from it. Then, I pour more beer into my stomach along with the seafood stir-fried with basil. I can't stop smiling as I feel the sweat overflowing from the top of my head. As expected, Thai food! To finish off my meal, I had green curry, which the teacher said was especially recommended. How about spiciness? When asked, I unconsciously answered that it was medium spicy. Sissy. . . Still, you can enjoy the wonders of tropical spices while weaving together the threads of spiciness and sweetness. Well, I worked up a good sweat. Next time I'll try harder and make it spicy. It was my first time eating Thai food, but the fish sauce was delicious and didn't have any smell at all. They also adjust the spiciness, so even people who can't handle spicy foods may be able to go with them. The inside of the store was completely different from the entrance, it was spacious and had a very Thai feel and a calm atmosphere. This is a store I want to go to again (^^)
