Real soba noodles made with locally grown buckwheat (not imported buckwheat). Some people may find it difficult to pass through the throat if there is too much buckwheat flour, but by making the buckwheat flour thin, it has a refreshing flavor and texture. We also recommend the tempura platter using local vegetables. The protruding items such as morokyu using homemade miso and homemade pickles were hearty and delicious. There is a parking lot for about 10 cars behind the alley. It seems that holidays are crowded.

It was before the new soba, but I wanted to go again, so I gave it a 5. I'm impatient, but I had more time to eat than the time it took for the food to come out. There is a parking lot behind the store, so it's nice and not cluttered. There's a lot of tempura, so it's too much for one person. The pickles that come before the meal are so delicious!

Thin, chewy, richly flavored, and lightly slurped, it's the best soba. At the end of my troubles, I received a set of 2 Morisoba this time as well. Crispy vegetable tempura and smooth bite-sized soba noodles were all delicious.
