I ate the Genghis Khan set meal. Plenty of tender meat and heaps of vegetables. Miso soup with lots of ingredients. Kimchi. Tofu Salad. It's a large serving of rice. The joy of slowly grilling your own meat and eating piping hot meat! It's only 1,800 yen, but it's a must-try set meal!

It was very crowded as it was the middle of a three-day holiday. When you enter your name and car number inside the store and wait in your car, a staff member will come to call you. Since it was hot, we were talking about eating cold soba and udon noodles, but most of the customers seemed to be ordering Genghis Khan, so we were lured by the delicious smell and ordered them individually. Vegetables are grilled with thickly cut meat in a steaming manner. Once the vegetables are cooked, the meat should also be thoroughly grilled. The sweet and spicy sauce goes perfectly with the tender vegetables and meat. Also, the thin soba noodles are firm and delicious. You can have soba hot water afterwards. This soba soup is thick and strong and quite good. I had a very satisfying meal. However, there is a lot of smoke from the Genghis Khan inside, so we recommend that you wear clothes that you don't mind getting smelly.

There are lines on the weekends. I was alone so I got in right away. Genghis Khan in Shinshu Shinmachi is very meaty and delicious!
