As you get older, eating matsutake mushrooms in autumn is something you look forward to. We had pizza and pasta here. Mushroom pizza already exists, so there's nothing strange about it. It brings out the scent well. I was really drawn to the way the pasta was combined with porcini mushrooms to increase the texture and sense of unity with the sauce. On the way home, I bought some matsutake mushroom rice balls at ``Fresh Ikeda'' in the same facility. This is a way to enjoy it that is unique to the production area.
