I had already enjoyed the flavor of buckwheat with buckwheat tea, so I didn't really understand the salt + soba because it was too delicate. Buckwheat is quite elastic. After all, I like to eat it with dipping sauce. Sobayu is thick. delicious. 1000 yen is too cheap for this.
