This ramen restaurant is located along National Route 143 in Urano, Ueda City. Kumamoto Ramen Momotaro in Aoki Village has been relocated. This is a Kumamoto ramen shop. Opened in 1990. Today, I had Kumamoto ramen for 880 yen and my companion had Momotaro ramen for 1080 yen. The ingredients for Kumamoto ramen are two slices of chashu, half a boiled egg, menma, kukiwakame, and green onion. Momotaro has braised braised meat and cabbage added. There are garlic, red ginger, and white sesame seeds on the table, and the flavors vary. The soup is tonkotsu soup. It packs a punch and is delicious! The quantity is not that large, but should I order extra eggs or rice? The inside of the store is also beautiful. The proprietress and young proprietress of the store are also kind. It was a comfortable shop.

From the brand new appearance of the completely new construction, if you don't know the circumstances mentioned above, you will be able to see it as a purely new store. However, it is a large veteran store that opened in 1990. An impregnable triad of pork bones, garlic, and cabbage that shows the origin of Keika Ramen. Char siu and thick meat add a certain color to it. The noodles that have soaked up the soup are excellent, and it feels good to slurp. Even in Nagano Prefecture, which has long had many tonkotsu ramen shops, this ramen has a unique style.
