It seems that calling this restaurant a tonkatsu restaurant is quite an understatement. This is a fine restaurant in Shinshu Shinmachi. The sincerity, thoughtfulness, and care in every dish oozes out. Above all, the couple's breathing is the best (^_^)

It is a cafeteria run by a bitter master and his wife. The price is a bit high, but the rice bowls are quite filling, and the meat in the katsudon is tender and delicious. They also serve coffee after meals, and if you become a regular, they will serve you curry from the secret menu or two cutlets on top, so it feels like a restaurant that is loved by the locals.
