More Comments at Google MapThe shop is located right next to Takemizuwake Shrine, which is famous for its large torii gate that hangs over the road. When you enter the narrow side street next to the store, the parking lot is directly behind the store. I visited Takemibetsu Shrine for the first time in 30 years since I visited it when I was a student, and I was wondering where to have an early lunch...When I went out on the prefectural road that passed by the shrine, I found about 3 or 4 restaurants. There are many shops, and even though I thought it would take some courage for customers to enter at first glance, when I searched on Google Maps... Surprisingly, the restaurant that looked the most dangerous from the outside (excuse me) seemed to be the type of restaurant that I liked most, which was cheap and had a lot of food, so at first I thought I'd move to another area to eat...I immediately dismissed the idea. I jumped in following the customers who entered the store as soon as it opened (lol) For those who require a perfectly clean and well-organized interior, I would just like to say that if you enter the store, you do so at your own risk. It wasn't filthy at all, and even though it's a Chinese restaurant that mainly serves oil-based dishes, the seasoning container (although well-used) didn't feel sticky and was pleasant to use. By chance, I was seated at the counter with a good view of the kitchen, and I was able to see the owner's wife washing the dishes frequently, and although the place was a little old, I felt that I could rest assured of its cleanliness. (However, I would like to reiterate that I do not know how I will be perceived by germaphobes who are all about appearance, so there is nothing wrong with that) ◎ Omakase set 880 yen (tax included) It also comes with rice, soup, and pickles, and the side dishes (on this day, stir-fried beef and garlic sprouts, 2 pieces of fried chicken, and 3 pieces of fried oysters) vary from time to time. I was honestly surprised by the volume and content. The way the owner cooks the food in a smart and unobtrusive manner is impressive, and as expected from the chef. You can enjoy ``delicious Chinese food'' at this restaurant, where the garlic buds are kept in a pleasant state to chew without making them dry. What surprised me most was how delicious the rice was♪ Most of the time, when eating out at a good price, I would expect the rice to be dry or bland with no flavor, but the rice here (I think it may be cooked well) is exquisite. ♪) So, even though I'm always a big eater, I had to get refills twice, and apparently the second one was free too?! I'm sorry, but I'm just grateful. In addition, the fried chicken and oysters were well-fried (sorry to be a professional), and although I'm sorry to say that, it was a delicious restaurant that I couldn't imagine from the outside. ◎ Bean Sprout Thick Soba (choose salty flavor) 330 yen + large size 100 yen, total 430 yen (tax included) Here, I saw a pop-up with a photo inside the store, and even though I had already had a second helping of rice, I ended up ordering more. This is also a mellow and flavorful bean paste (an) with good salt from the seasoning and chicken stock. At first, it was a little difficult because the bean paste was effective and it was thick and too hot for the cat's tongue, but I ate it a little. As it progresses, it becomes delicious. This (Namimori) is only 330 yen, can you calculate it, husband? It makes me think that it would be a sparrow's tears to make a profit. I was surprised by many things, such as the widening of prefectural roads that I hadn't traveled on in decades, and the dramatic changes in the scenery, but most of all, I was surprised to see that the scenery was changed so much, but most of all, it was written in a way that even Japanese people could easily remember. The biggest surprise was that it was cheap and delicious. (As for how to read the restaurant, there was furigana on the menu, so I think it's probably OK, but this is just my opinion.) I would like to have another opportunity to visit Tairyu again and enjoy its cuisine. Thank you for the meal♪
Bean sprouts and thick soba salt. I like the ramen noodles here. The slightly hard noodles don't stretch and stay delicious until you finish eating! Ingredients are bean sprouts, chives, and wood ears. There's also a bit of ginger flavor in the soup! The price is 330 yen including tax, which is too cheap. I like to eat it with vinegar at the end.
For the same price as the half ramen in the gyoza set or fried rice set, you can change to regular size bean sprouts and thick soba. The only ingredients in bean sprout soba are bean sprouts, chives, and wood ear mushrooms, but it is very delicious with the deep flavor of the soup. This bean sprout thick soba costs only ¥330! This deliciousness at this price is a sin.
