Chikuma, Nagano, Japan｜Shinshu Miso Mensha

Miso ramen made with local Shinshu miso. Plenty of vegetables and plenty of noodles. Delicious from start to finish.

This ramen is located in the Obasute service area in Shinshu. Speaking of Shinshu, it is miso. It has a good texture and goes perfectly with sweet corn. It has plenty of vegetables and goes well with the straight noodles. The chili peppers decorated at the top do a nice job.

Shinshu miso ramen is very delicious. It's nice to be able to eat this level of ramen in the service area. I would like to go again.
