Chikuhoku, Nagano, Japan｜Mendokoro Nene

A ramen shop located inside a factory (at first glance, it looks like a plastic greenhouse) in the middle of nowhere. The inside of the store may seem inorganic, but it's interesting with retro equipment and photos. Well, for ramen today, I ordered mapo ramen. Apparently you can choose the level of spiciness, but even ``normal'' was spicy enough and delicious. I won't be able to eat it unless I go out of my way, so I will go out of my way again. Thank you for the meal.

It is about 10 minutes by car from Asahi Interchange. It is said that part of the mushroom factory has been renovated into a shop, but it is a super delicious authentic ramen shop. Mapo ramen is popular. After all it is spicy, but it is very delicious. The Chinese soba is excellent with extra-thin noodles and refreshing soy sauce soup. Boiled eggs and char siu are also very delicious. After I ate it, I suddenly thought, "Oh, this is 'Chinese soba', isn't it?"

My first visit to the noodle restaurant nene in Chikuhoku Village. Despite being in the countryside, the large parking lot is full. It's popular! This restaurant is famous for its mapo ramen, so I decided to give it a try. Authentic mapo tofu with pepper and tofu. The cilantro was colorful. I eat a lot of mapo tofu, but the mapo ramen was really delicious! Then, I was sweaty (lol) and finished by adding rice. Mapo lovers can't resist! My wife had hell tsukemen and mini mapo tofu bowl. It was a shop I would like to visit again♪
