Chikuma, Nagano, Japan｜さらしなの里展望館

For lunch this week, I visited "Sarashina no Sato Observatory" in Chikuma City for the new soba series😄. This is a little-known soba restaurant near the famous Obasute Tanada. The parking lot 🅿️ is located under Obasute Takako Kannon, and you will walk a little uphill. You can also go to the side road, but it's narrow and steep, so if you're not confident in driving, it's safer to use the lower parking lot. You can enjoy a superb view overlooking the mountains dyed in autumn leaves. Opening time is 11:00. I was worried, but I ordered a mini tuna bowl and a tempura bowl set. Although it is a new soba, the flavor is a little thin ❓ The noodles are thin and long. Tsuyu is thin but the soup stock works. There is also a word of mouth with the former sushi restaurant owner, but the sashimi is certainly good. The tempura is also crispy. It was a feast😋.

It was very delicious. Tororo soba and grated yam soba looked delicious on the menu, but I couldn't eat either of them, so I had them make a special order for grated yam. It was very delicious. The sound of the cicadas makes us feel the season. "It's calm and makes me want to come back again."

Among the nearby soba restaurants, it is quite good. There is a lunch menu. Tanuki soba was good.
