I had the aburi gozen at lunch time. Is the meat Shinshu beef? I was very satisfied with the melt-in-your-mouth flavor, and the simmered dish that came with it was also very delicious. The lightly pickled cabbage cabbage was a nice touch to cleanse the palate. I can't come often, but if anything happens, I'll be happy to come again.
