Hara, Nagano, Japan｜手打ちそば 一八(ひとは)

On September 5th, the day I was going home was the first business day in a while, so I stopped by for lunch. For some reason, the last two times I visited were Thursdays, which was so stupid! ️ I ordered the usual ``kakiage soba hot one!'' but when I entered the restaurant, I was told, ``Kakiage soba is good!'' There is no doubt that soba is delicious, but you can eat freshly fried kakiage by loosening it in the soup. At first I thought it was a dark colored soup, but now it has a strange taste that I can drink it to the last drop. The price of this "kakiage soba" has been raised and the current price is 1,620 yen, and I think there are 80 to 90% of people who think it's expensive, but I think the feeling of satisfaction after eating will vary from person to person, so it's up to you to decide. I would like to have it.

Prices around here seem to be high as they are tourist prices, but this place is by far not that expensive (for tourist prices) I have been to most of the soba restaurants around Chino City, but this one is... The soba noodles had the most aromatic flavor and were delicious. My recommendation would be Nihachi Soba. I would like you to try eating it without the Tsuyu.

It was a shop that I passed by the shop I wanted to go to, but the soba noodles (the one I ate was Nihachi Soba) had a good texture and the vegetable tempura had a fresh taste and was delicious. I was more than satisfied with my expectations.
