Attracted by the letters with plenty of vegetables... 🫣 (laughs) It was my first time to eat very delicious ankake yakisoba♪ The yakisoba was very fragrant and was it grilled over charcoal? It smells so good, it's moist and thin, and the sauce is just the right thickness ⭕️🙆 When the taste changed with vinegar mustard and white pepper, I ate it all in no time. It comes with soup, but I thought it was a Chinese ramen soup, but it was a little sour and adjusted to match the ankake 🤩 By the way, my companion was Chinese ramen. It was a very satisfying and delicious restaurant ♪

I heard that there was Asahiya, a delicious sauce katsudon restaurant located a little outside of Chikuma city, so I visited there for the first time. As soon as you step into the store, the nostalgic atmosphere makes you feel very comfortable and calm. The photo shows sauce katsudon (1,100 yen) and soy sauce ramen (800 yen). First of all, the sauce katsudon is impressive with the huge cutlet sticking out of the bowl! The meat is tender, and the sauce is not too sweet, just a little salty, so you won't get tired of it and you'll be able to enjoy it till the end! What surprised me was the soy sauce ramen. Chintan soup with the aroma of chicken is a bowl where you can enjoy the richness and flavor of pork. Although the kaeshi is different, it somehow reminds me of Shirakawa ramen and is delicious! A hearty and impressive sauce cutlet bowl, and an equally impressive soy sauce ramen. Isn't this a famous store in Chikuma City? I recommend it! ! !

Four years ago, when I was working at Sasaya Hotel in Kamiyamada Onsen, a local person at work told me about this place and I went there several times. At that time, I ate ramen and yakisoba, and both were delicious. This time I visited for the first time in 4 years and had the sauce cutlet bowl, and it was huge and the cutlet was soft and delicious. The cutlet sticks out from the lid and the cost performance is great. This is one of the shops I would definitely like to visit if I come again. The owner and proprietress of the store are also very personable and provide excellent customer service.
