We had one of the best Tonkatsu in a quaint residential house run by a family. It has a beautiful garden outside and it does not even feel like a restaurant. Wonderful service but no English menu. use Google Translate on the menu and order the set.

Very good quality of meat is been used, a lot of details and heart to the food and also Very charming building . Is kinda soggy at the bottom part, because of serve directly on plate with no metal grill. . .and the pickle is . . Extremely salty. . .I mean very very salt. . .watch out. . .haha

Some of the best tonkatsu I've ever had, and I have eaten at some of Japan's best tonkatsu restaurants.
