I came to visit you on Respect for the Aged Day. It was the first time in three years, but I could feel the impact of the coronavirus as it was completely reservation-based. The dishes were only course meals, but they were all very delicious. The cold apple soup topped with cinnamon was surprisingly sweet. It was probably the first time I had eaten the edible scallops as an appetizer, with a sweet and sour taste that was mysterious. The lobster was only half a piece, but it had enough volume. As is the case with hotel breakfasts, the raw vegetables are generally very delicious. The customer service at the store was handled by two women, and they were very good. My grandparents, who are hard of hearing, took care of me in many ways. I would like to use it again on my Tateshina trip.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is not modern, but the course meals were very delicious and were enjoyable even for the elderly. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed atmosphere. There are many types of desserts, and I would like to try them a la carte next time.
