Seen from the outside The building is old enough to make you wonder if it's okay, but the inside of the store was very stylish and had a relaxing atmosphere. (I was surprised at how warm the wood stove was) The food is basically a monthly menu with two choices, and today I had the January menu oden 🍢 for lunch. To be honest, I didn't really like hanpen, but for the first time in my life, I thought it was delicious! The small bowl of black carrot kinpira was also delicious✨ While looking at the monthly menu I would like to visit again

The signboard that serves as a landmark when turning in from the road is just a small board that catches your eye, so make sure you don't miss it. The inside of the store is quiet and there is a tatami room, so it might be okay even if you have a small baby. Two types of lunch prepared by a kind-looking couple. Japanese lunch and Western lunch. Coffee can be added for 200 yen. The cheese tart for dessert was also delicious.

When I returned from Kita-Yatsugatake, I was drawn to this shop because of its handmade sign attached to a tree. It's a little bit from the street, so I can't see the building, which makes me even more curious. So, in the hot and humid July of 2023, I want to go somewhere as cool as possible! I drove to Fujimi-cho by myself. First of all, make a reservation by phone and then depart. First of all, I'm glad I went ✨ I love old folk house cafes, this is my favorite wonderful shop✨ Please note that the parking lot is a little narrow. The exterior of the building looks like an old hut that makes you wonder, "Is this here?" At the entrance, which seems to have been renovated with DIY, I put my shoes in the shoe box, changed into slippers, and entered the store. The Edo period building is a bit dark when you enter from the outside, but there is no air conditioning, so the breeze coming in is enough to keep you cool. The small shop has table seats and raised tatami seats, both of which are nice ✨ There is a kitchen at the entrance, and when you call out to them, you'll see two lovely couples working around with smiling faces that look like they came out of a picture book. The exchange between the two of you is so heartwarming✨ The ``Yamahiko Lunch'' seems to be popular, but I ordered the slightly different ``Hamburger Lunch''. There's a surprising amount of vegetables and the patty is super delicious ✨ Is it only available for a limited time? I want to eat it again. It seems that the lunch menu changes every month, so I think I'll go once a month ☺️ I called to make a reservation just in case before heading out, but it turned out to be a great decision. It's hard to tell because you can't see it from the street, but it's actually a very popular shop! Unfortunately, because it was a weekend, a group of five people who had flown in were not able to enter. I definitely want to eat it! If you think so, it is better to make a reservation first. Also, if you don't like old buildings or are a clean freak, it might not be for you. but. . . I personally decided to repeat it ☺️
