A great restaurant and souvenir to stop at whilst driving the Venus Line. The view is great and the food, whilst simple, is delicious and has a homemade feeling. The prices at the souvenir shop are reasonable and we bought some snacks as well as Gohei-mochi, a prefectural speciality. The owner lady was super nice and although she didn't speak a word of English, she still tried to explain the dishes to us in simple Japanese and was very welcoming and friendly.
