Superb lunch! I enjoyed a delicious meal with a comfortable ambience. It was nice as here was a Japanese style house with the interiors constructed mainly of wood. The atmosphere was really cozy and lovely. They offered three-course fixed-price menus. I chose Sobabito course which was organised by an assortment of three different small appetizers, mushroom dish, tempura, soba and dessert. It was so tasty and fresh that each dish used local ingredients. Luckily, my partner and I were the only customers at the time, so all of the courses were spaced just right, nothing ever rushed. The spacious and calm interior, with its solid design that uses plenty of wood, is stylish as well. The buckwheat noodles exposed to Tateshina water had a crispy texture and a sweet taste that spread in the mouth. The vegetable tempura was crispy and delicious, but I personally felt that the soba soup was a little spicy, so I reduced it by one. like an adult hideout

They are all delicious. I ordered a set of appetizers, soba, tempura, and dessert. It took a little while to be able to order, probably because the owner was managing it alone, but it was a satisfaction that overturned it. At a soba restaurant, I was worried that the amount was not enough and I couldn't fully enjoy it, but I think that if you make a large serving here, even a large adult will be satisfied. The owner's personality was good, and he talked to the children, and the children were happy.
