The soup stock was also very delicious and I drank it completely with sobayu. Even when the end of business was near, customers were still coming in and there seemed to be few staff, so it seemed difficult, but the impression was that the turnover was good. It is a famous restaurant that you want to visit again!

Even though he was busy during Golden Week, the owner was kind enough to respond to me over the phone, and I wanted to eat there even though I had to wait in line. I waited for more than an hour both outside and inside, but Nihachi's duck bamboo steamer was surprisingly delicious. The soba-yu (soba-yu) is not made with flour, but has a natural taste.It has a very nice aroma, and even the duck oil-based dipping sauce was delicious. It was a great memory on the last day of my Nagano trip. The building and garden were also beautiful.

Elementary school students were told to sit on the terrace, but on the contrary, they took it easy in a private room. I wanted to eat tempura, but I was too scared to eat tempura, so I only had soba. I asked for it normally.. It was very delicious, and the children suddenly fell in love with soba.
