Their 100 percent soba is amazing.

Wanting to eat Japanese soba, I went down from Tateshina Kogen to Chino town and visited "Soba Kiri Yoshinari", which always serves delicious soba. It was getting hotter and hotter that day, but it was 13 degrees Celsius, so I ordered the warm Kamo Nanban Soba. Zaru soba with 6 to 7 slices of duck meat in a not-too-sweet soup is good, but kake soba has a chewy texture that will satisfy your heart and stomach. The shop's specialty, ``Jin-flour buckwheat noodles,'' has a scent and texture that is different from regular soba, and I think it's addictive. There are many Japanese soba restaurants on Venus Line in Tateshina, but this is one that you should visit at least once.

Juwari soba was very delicious. I was told that dozuki soba is like rice cake, soba with rough soba noodles, and summer-only cold soba noodles are very smooth soba. After eating, we also had soba-yu and soba tea.
