Nice Nagano soba before the onsen at Suzuran no yu. They cook after an order so it is very delicious!

It was a wonderful place, space, food, lobby, and there were only 3 groups regardless of Golden Week, so it was a completely unknown spot. (Recently renewed or the inside of the building is also beautiful)

The walnut sauce is rich and very delicious. Even if you eat the hand-made soba as it is, the elegant taste spreads in your mouth. I thought it was a little-known spot in Lake Shirakaba.
