Big cafe With a store selling Local produce and bakery. I was happily surprised by the quality of the food at the cafe. They served a chilled tomato soup with mozzarella when I ordered a club sandwich. The soup was DELICIOUS 🤤. The pricing is also affordable. They had an interesting selection of local produce. Definitely worth a stop. Next door there is a farmers market too. Both stores have a large parking lot.

The ice cream here is life changing

A directly managed cafe restaurant and bakery adjacent to Tateshina Jiyūen Haramura Store. I bought milk bread (300 yen including tax) and black tea bread (330 yen including tax). Nagano's famous local bread, milk bread, is filled with mildly sweet cream, and black tea bread is a loaf of bread made of dough mixed with Assam tea leaves and orange peel. Both were very fluffy and delicious.
