Chikuma, Nagano, Japan｜Marugame Seimen Chikuma

A taste that makes you want to eat it sometimes. I personally like the strength of the noodles the most. Tempura is also delicious.

The noodles were chewy, the tempura batter was crispy, and the frying oil was new, so it was delicious without any strange smells.

I visit regularly. I took some tempura home for Obon, and it was consistently delicious. The employees at the Chikuma branch are efficient and make you feel welcome, and the main dish, udon, is always delicious. The kitchen is also kept clean. I went to a different store on a detour before and was disappointed, so I'll come here even if it's Marugame Seimen even if it's far away.
