Visited for dinner after a long time. It was always carefully prepared and delicious. My husband is a craftsman and his wife is kind, and we are doing our best. I received fried horse mackerel delivered directly from Niigata. I never thought I could eat such delicious fried horse mackerel in Nagano. The batter was crispy and the meat was soft. The couple who were running the business were also very nice and we had a lot of fun chatting with each other. This is a great restaurant in Tateshina, where people tend to go for dinner. Advance phone reservations are required.

No matter what you order, it's delicious. Surprisingly, there is a recommended menu on the board. It's delicious with seasonal dishes. And it's very nice to serve it.
