Chino, Nagano, Japan｜すしなが田

Dinner at the hotel is expensive so I decided to go outside. Sometimes when I was looking for sushi, I found it! I entered the restaurant thinking it would be a bit of a hassle, but the sushi was reasonably priced and the sushi was delicious!

"There is a sea in the mountains" It was founded in 1999, when good sushi could not be easily eaten anywhere like it is today, and although it is almost a quarter century old, it is a beautiful and clean restaurant that looks like it opened only recently, and I don't know much about sushi. However, I found it to be a fairly high-quality shop. Even though it's midsummer weekday afternoon, there are two chefs at the counter serving freshly made seasonal ingredients. It was quite crowded, with repeat customers coming in one after another asking, "That was delicious the other day. Is it available today?" Of course, the sashimi and nigiri are highly praised by my sushi-loving friends. Decided to repeat. Being the perverse person that I am, I choose simple rolls rather than fancy special lunches full of great deals🤣. This is also completely different from other sushi restaurants. (~_~;) It's different from just a "kappamaki". If you go and order it, you'll understand, it's a surprising surprise (￣▽￣;) Soy sauce is definitely soy sauce. In the first place, sushi chain restaurants these days don't have soy sauce (~_~;). There is a cheap “soy sauce seasoning” full of additives🤣 The taste buds who choose this restaurant may not even know about such things, but Japanese food culture has become so obsolete that fake sushi restaurants, even if they look good, are often found with sweet fillings. It's a problem because it's gone (~_~;) I think you can't go wrong with this store. Personally, I recommend Me-negi. (*´∀`)♪

It is no wonder that the governor of Nagano Prefecture commended him. ●At night, the restaurant was full, and I recently had a take-out tekka-don. Even for take-out, the chef takes care of it and the quality is high! You can feel the chef's attention to detail when paired with the refreshingly delicious shari. ●Lunch is also available. ●There is a free parking lot. ●There are many fans not only from the locals, but also from villas in Tateshina and people who have long-standing ties to Tateshina. ●It is often crowded at night, so you may want to make a reservation.
