The dishes, made with plenty of local ingredients, are gentle and delicious. The trout doesn't have a fishy smell, it's fluffy, and the sauce goes well with the rice 🍚. The cold trout was very delicious. It has a harmonious taste and is crisp and cold. Sesame tofu is also especially delicious.
