I chose soy sauce from 3 types of homemade soup. The offal, which uses only carefully selected small intestines, is melty and full of sweetness! Of course there was no smell, and it was already unbelievably delicious. As expected, the connoisseur of the wonderful owner. I'm sure all the other menu items are excellent. The soup is also very flavorful, and the white rice that comes with the set meal naturally completes the meal. Needless to say, the domestic horse meat "Sakura Yukke (800 yen)" that I ordered next was the best.
