Ogiso Flour Mill is a self-service soba restaurant. A happy shop where you can feel free to get the feeling of eating real soba. There is a large parking lot because it is a store near the interchange. I ate at the Matsumoto Ekimae store, Chikuma store, and Azumino IC store, and they were all delicious. So each store has similar reviews. [About the shop] Ogiso Flour Mill itself is a franchise that is spreading around Nagano Prefecture, where you can eat delicious Nihachi soba. Roughly speaking, it is easy to understand if you think of it as the soba version of Marugame Seimen. However, there is no Marugame Seimen in Marugame, but I have a good impression that it is an authentic restaurant that is accepted by the locals (?) Even in Azumino, the home of soba (I judged that because there were many cars with Matsumoto license plates). There was a large table seat and a small rise in the store. The turnover of customers is fast, so even if it's not vacant, I have the impression that you can sit in the desired seat type if you wait for a while. It was a good impression that children's tableware was placed in an easy-to-reach place. [About soba] Soba is my favorite food, so I eat it quite a bit, but I think it's pretty delicious. The cold water is firm and the scent of soba is perfect. I wonder if it's a problem to have a lot of soba. The server-style soup is delicious even if it looks messy. Sobayu is about 70 points. At first glance, the restaurant may look cheap or nasty, but you can rest assured that you will have the feeling of having eaten soba in the real home. [Normal size, medium size, and large size are the same price] The mindset of "I want you to eat a lot of delicious soba" in the store is exactly like a soba restaurant in Azumino. We are very grateful to be able to offer medium, medium, and large soba noodles of this quality at the same price. [About the side menu] I'm a little happy that there is Shinshu's specialty Sanzokuyaki. Fried foods are also like Marugame Seimen. It seems that each store has different rice bowls, and it seems that you can enjoy sauce cutlet rice bowls and bandit grilled rice bowls. Donburi is also good for those who don't feel refreshed with soba alone. [This is a pity] ・I wish I had real wasabi. Since the soba is delicious, it would be nice if there was a wasabi menu at a reasonable price. ・I wonder if the soba cuts stand out. It's basically freshly boiled, but I wonder if there's a timing in the cycle of the day.

All sizes (small, medium and large) cost 590 yen. I'm really satisfied with the quality and quality at this price. Take a tray, place the bill you want to order on the bottom right of the tray, and the clerk will look at it and place the item on the tray. Just pay at the cash register. The tempura was also crispy and delicious.

You can easily eat a lot of delicious Shinshu soba. Of course, we also recommend lemon soba and grated wasabi leaves in the summer. It's refreshing and will cheer you up on a hot day😄
