As mentioned in other reviews, I think there are certainly some harsh criticisms of the store staff. I also worked part-time at CoCo Ichi in the past and was often scolded. The store manager gets angry and other staff follow up. This is normal, isn't it? I think it's good to see that even bad store employees are trying their best, and it's completely normal from a social perspective for store managers to yell at them. When I was working part-time, I would think to myself, ``This store manager... I'm disgusting,'' but now that I think about it, it was a great experience for me, and I'm actually grateful for it. Chain stores face challenges that other companies don't, so I hope everyone will look at them with an open mind. As for reviews, I only use it once a month for takeout, but I wonder if they remember my face and name? I'm happy. I will continue to use it.
